JUREA® Asset Management was founded to combine the founders’ respective strengths of long-term management experience, personal network of decision makers and institutional investors. Aligning ambitions and motivation as well as opening this set-up to the real estate market and selected partnerships.

Julian Eissrich has built up a very broad and well-founded network through his banking background in the wealth management and private banking segment over the past years through which he has direct access and close partnerships especially to family offices and UHNWIs.

His passion is networking and coupled with a growing reputation within the bank and mentoring from the board and senior management he was able to build an extensive network at a young age.

After working for one of the most renowned private banks he decided to leave the banking world driven by his entrepreneurial ambition and has since been very successful with his companies in the finance and real estate segment.

Expertise

Uwe Dieterich has almost 15 years of experience in the real estate sector.

His spectrum ranges from various leading management positions, process and strategy consulting, structuring of sales processes to active and operational asset management.

In his last management position, he was responsible for JLL Asset Management in Frankfurt and Berlin with approx. EUR 3BN AuM and for the execution of a variety of Germany-wide transactions. The implementation and very active asset management are his passion. His intrinsic motivation is to create value in independent of property volume, risk class or market situation.

In addition to his operational experience, his academic education at the University of Stuttgart (Dipl. Wirtsch.-Ing.) and his studies at the EBS University of Economics and Law, Wiesbaden, form the basis of his career.
